Payment Options:
Payment is required within 5 days after close of auction or otherwise agreed. Full payment must be received before delivery or on pick-up.

Pick Up/Delivery
You are very welcome to pick up during Shop hours or alternatively we can arrange either a local delivery (Christchurch $49) or Nationwide. Please e-mail or ask in the questions for a quote. We will arrange despatch of goods as soon as payment is received.
Freight
When goods arrive it is “Your Responsibility” to check for damage etc BEFORE signing. Once you have signed for them you have little chance of claiming.
If goods are damaged via a freight company, make a note of the damage on the docket before signing, contact myself and the freight company (details will be on the freight docket), we will also need photos to back up your claim, then we will ensure to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We try to solve any problem in good faith to reach a win win situation. If you find the goods faulty you must advise us within 2 days upon receipt of goods. Evidence of fault such as photos may be required. Any returned goods must be in an unused condition with its original package. We will be responsible for the replacement goods if it is faulty.
We will not refund if you simply “change your mind”, the item was “not what you expected it to be” or “not what you imagined it to be”. Please ask questions before bidding.
Warranty
We adhere to Trademe trading terms and conditions and will fulfil all the obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We stand behind all our furniture which carry at least one year’s manufacturer’s warranty unless specified in the auction, or we are selling off something damaged etc. We will fix or replace any faulty products. Refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original purchaser. Shipping fee is not refundable. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. Warranty does not cover if your purchase was used for business/commercial purpose.

Tax invoices are available on request for all purchases.
